Agreement

By accessing taper.ink or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Taper provides tools to publish a personal site, structured profile data, and an AI advocate that answers visitors using your uploaded materials. Features vary by subscription tier. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Taper a license to host, process, display, and transform that content solely to operate the service — including model inference for your advocate and public site. You represent that you have the rights to upload the content you provide.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, scrape the platform, or abuse chat endpoints.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled in the dashboard or Stripe customer portal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice before your next renewal.

Disclaimers

The service and AI-generated responses are provided “as is.” Advocates may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing what your site publishes and how visitors rely on it.
